The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure the NetSuite implementation aligns with organizational goals. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business needs into NetSuite system requirements.
Support testing, validation, and UAT processes.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are met.
Provide training and documentation for end-users.
Requirements
3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably with ERP systems.
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, SCM, etc.).
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk for requirement translation.
Knowledge of insurance, manufacturing, retail, or financial service processes.
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interviews and workshops.
