We are seeking a forward-thinking Agentic Workforce Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating AI-driven agentic workflows into business processes, enabling human and digital collaboration at scale. You will work closely with leadership, IT, and operations teams to design, implement, and optimize intelligent workforce solutions that enhance productivity, agility, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in AI applications, workflow automation, and workforce transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workforce Strategy & Design
Develop and implement strategies for leveraging agentic AI systems in business processes.
Design frameworks to balance human and AI collaboration, ensuring efficiency and ethical use of AI.
Assess organizational needs and align AI workforce initiatives with business goals.
Automation & Workflow Optimization
Implement AI-powered workflow automation tools across departments (e.g., customer service, IT support, HR, finance).
Monitor, measure, and refine automation processes to maximize ROI and reduce inefficiencies.
Ensure scalability, adaptability, and continuous improvement of agentic workforce solutions.
Governance & Compliance
Establish policies and governance models for responsible AI adoption.
Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and ethical AI standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, NIST).
Perform risk assessments and define controls for AI-powered systems.
Collaboration & Enablement
Partner with HR, IT, and leadership to integrate AI solutions into workforce planning.
Provide training, workshops, and enablement sessions to help staff collaborate effectively with AI tools.
Act as a bridge between technical AI teams and business stakeholders.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with advancements in agentic AI, automation platforms, and workforce technology trends.
Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and platforms to drive organizational efficiency.
Build a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for AI-human collaboration.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in digital workforce transformation, AI adoption, or workflow automation.
Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, ServiceNow, etc.), and workforce planning.
Experience with process mapping, optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and change management.
Knowledge of governance frameworks and compliance standards for AI and automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess ROI of AI-driven initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications such as AI in Business, Automation Anywhere, UiPath Certified Professional, or equivalent are a plus.
