Enterprise Architect – NetSuite Implementation

The Enterprise Architect provides strategic technical guidance and ensures the NetSuite ERP solution aligns with organizational goals, IT standards, and enterprise architecture principles. The architect balances technical feasibility with business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture across Finance, CRM, and  Supply Chain modules.

  • Ensure system scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability.

  • Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for the project.

  • Review and approve customizations, integrations, and workflows developed by the  technical team.

  • Provide guidance on data modeling, integrations, and cloud infrastructure for  NetSuite.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to align  technical decisions with business objectives.

  • Evaluate third-party applications, tools, and add-ons for integration or extension.

  • Ensure NetSuite design adheres to enterprise-wide IT policies and long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise architecture experience, preferably in ERP/NetSuite  projects.

  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, architecture, integrations, and  customization.

  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ERP solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and data migration  strategies.

  • Knowledge of IT governance, cloud architecture, and SaaS best practices.

  • Experience with enterprise integration frameworks (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi,  Celigo).
