We are looking for a detail-oriented and security-focused IAM Specialist to manage and maintain our Keeper password vault and support broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions. In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding sensitive credentials, enforcing access control policies, and supporting the organization's credential management practices across teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the Keeper Security platform, including user provisioning, group policies, permissions, and credential vaults.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Keeper-related support and escalations.
Develop and enforce policies for secure storage, sharing, and lifecycle management of credentials within Keeper.
Work with IT and Security teams to integrate Keeper with identity providers and existing IAM systems (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
Monitor credential usage, audit logs, and access reports for anomalies or violations.
Support incident response activities related to credential exposure or misuse.
Train end-users on secure usage of Keeper, credential hygiene, and access request procedures.
Participate in IAM governance and help define standards for least privilege access and credential rotation.
Continuously assess Keeper configuration for improvements, security hardening, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT security, IAM, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Keeper Security or similar password vault solutions (e.g., LastPass, 1Password, CyberArk).
Strong understanding of IAM principles, access control models, and credential management best practices.
Familiarity with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) and SSO/MFA concepts.
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
